The Coffee Community Meet-Up was organized to foster a sustainable and symbiotic coffee
ecosystem that benefits al stakeholders—earth, people, and coffee. This event aims to build a
robust coffee community through a series of seminars, workshops, and training sessions designed to facilitate knowledge sharing and support systems
The foundation
Community meet-up was originaly founded in 2017 by Mr. Paul, the founder of Indian Coffee Culture, His quest to unite and bridge the gap in the specialty coffee scene across India back in 2016, led him to as far as Kohima when specialty coffee was fairly new in the entire Indian subcontinent. We are fortunate to encounter him on the second year of his journey, and more so to bring forth the idea of community coming together
Objectives of the community
1.Knowledge Sharing and Education

Topics range from sustainable farming practices to innovative brewing techniques. - Training Programs: Hands-on training programs are designed to equip participants with practical ski ls and knowledge, enhancing their capabilities in various aspects of coffee production and business.
2. Support System
- Infrastructure Development: The meet-up seeks to establish necessary facilities and portals to support the coffee community. This includes building physical spaces for colaboration and creating online platforms for continuous learning and interaction.

3. Target Groups
- The meet up caters to a wide range of participants, including growers, processors, stockists, exporters, roasters, coffee shop owners, researchers, leaders/influencers, institutions, and policymakers. Each group plays a crucial role in the coffee ecosystem, and the event is designed to address their unique needs and chalenges.
