Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are shipped twice a week, and customers can expect delivery within 7-14 days of placing their order. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Kohima using trusted courier partners. For international orders, we collaborate with reputed shipping companies to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Shipping Within India

Shipping costs may vary based on the delivery location. Once shipped, please allow 7-14 working days from dispatch for your order to reach its destination.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us with your order ID at care@etecoffeeroasters.com within 1 hour of placing the order. You may also cancel your order by logging into your account on our website.

If you request a cancellation after the product has been shipped, we will process your refund after the package is returned to our facility by the courier partners.
